All included remote support services are only available free of charge during IT of United States business hours.
What is included in the Free Limited Remote Support?
The 2 Hours of Free Remote Support (Home Only) can be used for any software issues in the licensed equipment as well as for home printing and home network connectivity problems.
What is included in the 2 Hours of Free Remote Support? (Home Only)
Free Limited Remote Support will be provided to issues caused by or to services managed by IT Shield, based on the applicable license. For instance, all plans cover Virus Protection; therefore, cleaning viruses as long as it can be done remotely is included.
How fast is the tech support provided once a ticket is opened?
Home and Standard plans have a best-effort response time, often between 3 and 8 business hours. Business and Enterprise plans have an average response time between 1 and 3 business hours.
Can licenses be transferred?
Licenses can be transferred to any compatible device free of charge. To request this action, please open a ticket
